With the exception of his family, Richard's main interest for the last thirty-five years has been in finding ways to give single mothers hope through education. Richard has never taken a salary for the many non-profits he founded. While he has been highly visible in these programs, he states that the primary success of these programs has been due to the many wonderful people who have joined with him in this cause. Richard lives in Bountiful Utah with his wife of 51 years Carol. They have five children and seventeen beautiful grandchildren.
SHANNON NOBLE
Director of Development
Shannon joined the Harmon Hope Foundation with the vision and drive to improve upon our Non-Profit, and focused on developing the organization with experience and integrity. She brings years of experience and skills to the forefront in helping our organization grow and succeed. After being raised by a single mom and being a single mother herself for 10 years, our mission holds a special place in Shannon's heart. Shannon lives in Ogden Utah with her Husband, Keith. They have five children and three grandchildren.

Autumn joins us with an impressive background, having spent 14 years as a General Manager at a software company. Fortunately for us, her desire to make a meaningful impact led her to transition from the corporate world to dedicate her talents to supporting single mothers. Autumn is characterized by her unwavering determination, strong organizational skills, and outgoing personality, making her an invaluable asset to the Harmon Hope Foundation. She resides in Pleasant View with her husband, Jeff, and their four children.
